Each session is tailored to the riders in the group and may include work on:
Body position and balance
Throttle, brake, and clutch control
Confidence and comfort on the bike
Line selection
Technical skill progression (based on rider level)
Bike control drills and riding efficiency
Bike set up
With a small group size, you’ll get personalized coaching while riding with other women in a positive, encouraging atmosphere.
Consistent practice is one of the best ways to improve your riding, and weekly coaching creates the structure to make that progress happen. These sessions give riders the chance to learn new skills, practice them between sessions, and come back the following week with questions, challenges, and real riding feedback.
