Come ride, learn, and connect during a full-day women’s experience set in a remote, grounded wooded location in Rocky View County. You’ll train with Lexi Pechout through confidence-building and real-world trail skills on the bike. Then dive into Gina Botelho’s resilience + empowerment workshop focused on self-awareness, emotional regulation, and tools for handling fear, frustration, and overwhelm on and off the bike. Reset with Amanda Dobby through yoga + breathwork to build body awareness, release tension, and regulate your nervous system. Lunch and snacks are provided, and you’ll finish the day with a guided trail ride, leaving more connected to yourself, your riding, and a community of like-minded women.

A small-group beginner coaching experience designed for new riders who want personalized support while building strong off-road riding fundamentals. This 1.5 hour,4-6 rider session focuses on safe motorcycle operation, foundational bike control, body position, and confidence, while also teaching riders how to approach basic off-road obstacles with proper technique and progression.
This small-group format offers a supportive, welcoming environment with a balance of individualized feedback and shared learning. It’s a great option for riders who are brand new, feeling nervous, or wanting extra support as they learn the basics alongside others. With clear coaching, practical drills, and guided progression, riders can build confidence step by step in a comfortable, encouraging setting.

Women’s Intermediate/Advanced Coaching at Wild Rose MX is a 1.5-hour progressive 4-session coaching series for women riders who are ready for more than just the fundamentals. Designed for riders who are hungry to improve, this series focuses on building confidence, speed, efficiency, and intention on the bike. It is a great fit for women who are racing or who want to elevate their riding in a more technical and performance-focused setting.
Each session is tailored to help riders improve body position, cornering, line selection, obstacle work, and overall bike control. With a new skill focus each week, riders can practice between sessions, come back with questions, and continue progressing with purpose.
Coached by Lexi Pechout, these small-group sessions are built to help women improve in a supportive environment with clear coaching, practical drills, and personalized feedback.

During a typical session, you can expect:

We’ll start with a quick conversation about your experience, what you’d like to work on, and anything you’re nervous about so we’re on the same page from the beginning.Bike set-up, controls & fundamentals
First, we’ll make sure your bike and controls are set up in a way that supports you, your body and your riding style. Then we’ll focus on key fundamentals like body position, clutch and throttle control, shifting, braking and balance. Here we will give you solid, repeatable skills you can take with you and continue to build on long after the session.Focused skill blocks
We’ll work on specific skills based on your goals. This might include cornering, low-speed control, line selection, or tackling obstacles such as logs, hills, or jumps. Each skill is broken down into clear, manageable steps so you understand the why and the how behind it, making it easier to ride with confidence.Seat time
You’ll get plenty of seat time to apply what you’re learning, with space to ask questions and get feedback in real time as you ride.Wrap-up

Yes, at this time you’ll need to bring your own bike and gear.

Your motorcycle, full protective gear (helmet, boots, gloves, goggles, protective equipment), water, snacks, fuel.

Safety is always the priority. In the days leading up to your session, we keep an eye on conditions, including rain, heat, smoke, and terrain. If the weather or trail conditions aren’t suitable for safe, productive coaching, we’ll look at rescheduling to another available date or adjusting the plan for a safer location.

I offer private 1:1 coaching, small group coaching, women’s coaching, and custom guided ride days with real-time skills coaching. Sessions are available for both motocross and off-road applications.

All levels are welcome! From new riders just getting comfortable with the basics, to intermediate riders wanting to clean up technique, and experienced riders looking for more confidence on specific terrain, we are here for you!

Most coaching sessions run in Calgary and the surrounding area.
That said, we absolutely love to travel, and you can hire us to coach or guide rides in other locations across Canada or internationally. If you have a specific area, trip, or event in mind, reach out with the details and we can chat about bringing Pace Moto Co to you.

If you cancel 7 or more days before your session, you’ll receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the session are non-refundable.In some cases, we may be able to reschedule you instead, depending on my calendar and upcoming bookings. If something comes up, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to work with you.
