Meet the Team
Lexi Pechout
Lexi Pechout has spent her entire life on two wheels. Introduced to dirt biking at age two by her parents—founders of the Second Gear Club—she grew up in the off-road community, spending every weekend riding or racing. Her passion soon turned into an international racing career that took her across Canada, the U.S., Europe, and Japan to events such as the X Games, the Hidaka Two Day Enduro, and the ISDE.
Recognized as one of Canada’s top women racers, Lexi’s accomplishments include an AMA National Women’s EnduroCross Championship, a silver medal at the 2013 ISDE in Italy, three X Games EnduroCross appearances, and notable finishes at the Corduroy Enduro, Canadian Motocross Nationals, and Red Bull Outliers.
Alongside her racing career, Lexi spent 10 years working in the motorcycle industry, giving her a well-rounded perspective that extends beyond racing alone. Her greatest passion, however, has always been coaching—helping riders build confidence, skills, and trust in themselves. She is the owner and lead coach of Pace Moto Co., a Calgary-based off-road training business offering instruction for riders of all levels. As a USMCA Certified Motorcycle Coach, she upholds high standards in safety, ethics, and athlete development. She believes great coaching is about more than technique—it’s about understanding how riders learn, breaking down the why and how behind each skill, and creating an environment where women feel supported, capable, and confident as they progress. Passionate about women learning from women, Lexi values the connection, trust, and encouragement that creates both on and off the bike.
For Lexi, this event is about more than skill development—it’s about creating space for women to learn, challenge themselves, and share the experience together.

Amanda Dobby
Rooted in a deep belief in the power of movement and human connection in nature, Amanda Dobby brings a unique blend of leadership expertise, somatic wisdom, and adventurous spirit to every space she enters. With more than 15 years of experience as a corporate trainer, communications professional, and leadership coach, she has partnered with multi‑billion‑dollar organizations across Canada to help leaders communicate clearly, coach with confidence, and build teams grounded in trust. She has facilitated over 20,000 hours of live training and is known for her relatable storytelling, humor, and ability to make learning feel energizing, personal, and long lasting.
Before entering the corporate world, Amanda spent nearly two decades as a competitive dancer and completed her RAD in classical ballet. Her love of movement later expanded into yoga, where she completed her 500‑hour Moksha Yoga Teacher Training in 2012 and continued to teach for over a decade. Most recently, she has immersed herself in Dance as Medicine, a conscious movement practice that reconnects people to breath, body, and intuitive strength.
From boardrooms to bike trails, Amanda is also deeply connected to the world of dirt biking. Raised in an adventurous family, she found freedom on two wheels early in life and still rides at every opportunity. She believes yoga, breathwork, and mindful movement are powerful tools for riders—supporting focus, resilience, and calm under pressure. “When you can control your breath, you can control your mind,” a philosophy she brings to both the mat and the trail.
Whether guiding somatic movement, working on dirt bike drills, or facilitating leadership and emotional intelligence sessions, her mission is to help people trust themselves, move with intention, and meet life’s challenges—on the mountain, on the trail, and beyond—with confidence.
Amanda can be found exploring her 10 acres in the Rocky View area with her husband and dogs or chasing the next adventure on two wheels.
